California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) Compliance <br /> The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is currently being completed and is <br /> anticipated to be available for public review in June 2002. The Final EIR is currently <br /> anticipated to be certified in August 2002. Upon receipt, certification of the EIR will be <br /> included as part of the application package as Attachment 2. <br /> The operator of the Forward Landfill certifies that all information contained in this WDR <br /> application package for the site is accurate and true, to the best of our knowledge and belief. <br /> Information contained in this application package was generated by Forward as well as duly <br /> authorized parties.
