The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. North orientation. <br /> 2. Loading areas. <br /> 3. Internal roads. <br /> 4. Adjacent streets. <br /> 5. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 6. Access and exit point for structures and from the street. <br /> 7. Evacuation staging area. <br /> 8. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br /> 9. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 10. The location of the dry bicarbonate and the barcarbonae water mixture. <br /> 11.
