1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br />1.1 Description of site: The project consists of subdividing the existing parcel into two parcels. The <br />subject Assessor's Parcel Number is 145-063-25. The project is in an unincorporated region of San <br />Joaquin County. The parcel is zoned low-density Residential. <br />1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to create two parcels by dividing the existing <br />parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface <br />Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property <br />for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the <br />owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br />1..3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br />1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br />2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br />2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br />the historic use of this property is geographic imagery and testimony from the owner, Miguel Sanchez. <br />Miguel Sanchez was interviewed in August, 2021. The owner has owned the parcel for less than a year. <br />The past and proposed future use of the site would be residential. <br />3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br />CONTAMINATION: <br />3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the <br />San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office in August 2021 (see appendix for results). An <br />onsite survey was performed in August 2021 by staff of Dillon & Murphy. The San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list did not yield any <br />concerns. <br />3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br />contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low. The <br />property has been bare for more than 18 years. Historically there have been no underground storage <br />tanks. The owner has no knowledge of improper above ground storage of chemicals on the subject <br />parcel. <br />
