I had spoke to him before his
leave and we discussed trying to replace the previous permit with this attached new one. He had
mentioned I would need to attach the new permit application as well as a new work plan and site
plan. The attached document called 148400101WO06 contains the updated work plan as well as the
site plan. It is currently in draft form but should be finalized by tomorrow. I wanted to get this to you
as quickly as possible to not delay the permitting process any longer. I have been told the only things
that are possible to change on the new workplan are possible vertical depts and only up to +/-5 feet.
Aaron mentioned that you could use the documents previously sent and that I would not need to
attach them again. It is my understanding from Aaron that we may be able to transfer the $456 from
the previous permit for your staffing site visit to this new permit but that we would need to pay an
additional $456 for the new work plan review. Once confirmed that we will only need to pay the
$456, 1 will happily pay that and send the proof of payment, but if the full $912 is needing to be paid
I would rather only pay the service fee charge once. We currently have work scheduled for the week
of March 15th so we are hoping this permitting process to be quick and smooth. Feel free to reach
out either by phone or email if anything additional is needed or anything needs clarification.
Thank you,
Lauryl Rudolph
Staff Geologist
PES Environmental,Inc.
Direct: (415) 497-2736
lrudolph&pesenv.com
