The business did not submit a <br /> business plan for 2019.The 2020 submittal was late on 12/31/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> OBSERVATION: Dave Pera stopped working for the business approximately 2 years ago . Dave Pera is listed is <br /> the primary and environmental contact for this facility.
