The wells will all be constructed with 2" schedule 40 pvc pipe to depths ranging from <br /> 20 to 50 feet below ground surface. All derived waste will be placed in a container, analyzed for <br /> contaminates and hauled off site by a certified waste hauler. The selected driller, Penecore Drilling, is a <br /> C-57 certified environmental driller. Please find the enclosed well permit application package. Included in <br /> this application package are the following: <br /> • Attachment 1 —Well and Boring Permit Application for Rough and Ready Island including maps, <br /> well construction details,and Penecore Drilling C-57 license contractor declaration; <br /> • Attachment 2—2022 Groundwater Monitoring Work Plan; <br /> • Site Mitigation Master File Record Information Form; and <br /> • Payment online in the amount of $936 ($468 for work plan review and $468 for the permit <br /> application). <br /> This work is scheduled for the week of August 15th pending San Joaquin County approval of this permit. <br /> Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding this permit application.
