Soil Vapor Sampling Work Plan Page 5 <br /> LSP Area,Lodi,California <br /> October 13,2021 <br /> Upon completion of sampling activities, temporarily well points will be abandoned by removing <br /> temporary well points and sealing the borehole with a neat cement grout or by using the appropriate <br /> method approved by SJDEH. <br /> SCHEDULE AND REPORT PREPARATION <br /> CHT and the City request the Water Board's concurrence with our Work Plan to perform the soil <br /> vapor sampling at the proposed locations specified in Figure 2 at your earliest convenience. <br /> Following written approval of this Work Plan by the Water Board, requests for location access <br /> will be sent out to the applicable building owners. Soil vapor sampling will be conducted within <br /> three (3) weeks of receipt of the location access letters. Laboratory sample results should be <br /> available within a week following sample submission. <br /> A letter report documenting the soil vapor sampling activities, a summary of the results of the soil <br /> vapor sampling, and design of the proposed SVE pilot test extraction wells will be prepared and <br /> submitted to the Water Board within three (3)weeks of receipt of the laboratory analysis.
