These TEPs allow <br />the Department of Water Resources (DWR) access to your properties, identified as <br />Sacramento County Assessor's Parcel Nos. 146-0110-016, 146-0110-019, and <br />146-0110-020, and San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel No. 069-020-19, to allow <br />DWR's officers, employees, agents, and persons under contract to access existing <br />water information monitoring stations for the purpose of performing periodic <br />maintenance, collecting water quality data, and such other incidental purposes as may <br />be required for the Delta Island Consumptive Use Monitoring Program. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
