All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 2 dr Zero Zone display was 42 F and the walk-in was 43 F. Provide 41 F or below at these units <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #36 Equipment/Utensils/Linens: Proper Storage / Use <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed 3 unsecured helium cylinders. Keep pressurized cylinders secured to a rigid structure at all <br />times. Correct today. <br />Observed debris on food shelves throughout market. Observed spillage on bottom of 2 dr Snapple display and 2 dr ice <br />cream freezer display. Observed debris on drink shelves in back 2 dr True cold drinks display. Clean today and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed dust build up on walk-in cooler fan and fan cover. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces. (114185.3 - 114185.4) Utensils and equipment shall be handled and stored so as to be protected from <br />contamination. (114074 - 114075, 114081, 114119, 114121, 114161, 114178, 114179, 114083, 114185, 114185.2, 114185.5) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Both restrooms did not have toilet paper dispensers, currently baskets are used to hold toilet paper rolls. <br />Provide toilet paper dispensers within 1 week at all toilet stalls. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
