Flexo Printing Ink-the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> 2. Oxygen gas-the days on site, storage pressure, and storage temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> 3. Used lubricating oils-the days on site element has not been completed. <br /> 4. Hydrated Lime-the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. <br /> 5. Propane-the storage pressure is wrongly reported as "ambient' vs. "above ambient'. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 4. Access and exit points for the structures, gates, and from the street. <br /> 5. The location of the hydrated lime inside the water treatment structure on the south side of the plant. <br /> 6.
