Prior to implementation of remedial actions, a mandated 30-day public comment <br /> period needs to be completed by distributing a Public Notice Fact Sheet. In the <br /> Fact Sheet, please include the following information related to the Site project: <br /> • Site name, location, and case information. <br /> • The dates of the public comment period (30 days). <br /> • A brief case summary. <br /> • A brief description of proposed remedial actions. <br /> • Contact information for those wishing to receive more information related to <br /> the case. <br /> • A figure depicting the current maximum extent of hydrocarbon impact to <br /> groundwater and the proposed remedial treatment area. <br /> By 3 September 2021, please submit, via email to Central Valley Water Board <br /> staff, a draft Fact Sheet for public distribution and a proposed distribution list that <br /> includes all responsible parties, owners and occupants of the property impacted <br /> by the petroleum release, the owners and occupants of all parcels adjacent to the <br /> impacted property, and this office. <br /> 8. Central Valley Water Board staff will begin preparing a Notice of Applicability <br /> (NOA) and a Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) for permit coverage <br /> under the Order.
