The <br /> selected driller, PeneCore Drilling, is a C-57 certified environmental driller. Please find the <br /> enclosed well permit application package. Included in this application package are the following: <br /> • Attachment 1 —Site Mitigation Master File Record Information Form <br /> • Attachment 2—Well Permit Application for SVE-21-10 and SVE-21-20, <br /> • Attachment 3 —Northern Parking Lot Remedial Plan (Work Plan), <br /> • Attachment 4—Regional Water Quality Control Board Approval for the Work Plan, <br /> • Attachment 5—Signed Access Agreement, <br /> • Attachment 6—PeneCore Drilling Certificate of Insurance, and <br /> • Payment check in the amount of$760 ($456 for the Work Plan Review fee, and $304 for <br /> two soil vapor extraction wells. <br /> This work is scheduled to start on September 16th, 2021 and should be completed in one business <br /> day. Please note that the work is expected to be completed at night due to the requirements set <br /> forth by the property owner.
