All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Ware wash sink/ Hand sink is lacking paper towels and is having temporary soap bottle with pump. <br />Provide paper towels and soap from dispensers in 2 weeks. This is repeated violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Walk in cooler compressor fans covers are dirty. Clean fans covers today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The three compartments of the ware wash sink with both drain boards are dirty with build up and <br />unnecessary items in compartments. Remove items, clean, sanitize the compartments and the two drain boards today to <br />provide proper ware wash station for manual washing process. This is repeated violation. <br />Chlorine/ QUAT test strips are not available. Provide chlorine/ QUAT test strips in 3 days. Repeated violation. <br />3 compartment sink water faucet is too short to reach the three compartment. Provide water faucet with proper goose neck <br />length in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
