A verification of commissary is required. <br />2. Refrigerator units must be mechanical unit that uses a compressor, flame, or thermoelectric <br />device, and includes a mechanical thermostatic control that regulates refrigerated blown air <br />into an enclosed food storage area. (113886) <br />3. Potable and wastewater tanks must be sloped to an outlet that ensures complete drainage. <br />(114199) <br />4. Sinks warewash, are stainless steel with mixed hot/cold faucets and swivel spigot capable of <br />serving all compartments. (114313 (c) <br />5. Floor mounted equipment sealed to floor or at least 6" off the floor on easily cleanable legs <br />and feet. (114301 (g) <br />6. Equipment joints and seams shall be tightly fitted and sealed; silicone sealant or waterproof <br />compounds if gap is smaller than ''Y4 inch. (114301 (b) <br />7. Light bulbs and tubes enclosed in plastic safety shield or equivalent. (114323 (c) <br />8. Obtain a State Mobile Food Preparation Unit "Insignia" if necessary. Contact State Housing <br />and Community Development for approval of your commercial coach at (916) 255-2501. <br />The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be performed, <br />operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for business. All equipment <br />must be installed and thorough cleaning completed prior to the final inspection. Inspections must be <br />1868 E.
