The emergency response procedures was missing the emergency contact <br /> information, section H3 and H4 was not filled in. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: To meet this exemption, a farming business shall: <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil, or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION(S): Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing <br /> emergency response procedures, or log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency <br /> response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the <br /> following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were three violations during the <br /> inspection and two violations was corrected on site. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance <br /> Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be <br /> taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by November 17, 2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($156).
