The following elements are missing: <br />-Access/exit points <br />-Internal roads <br />-Loading/unloading area <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, a 10,000 gallon of diesel tank was observed and has not been reported to <br />the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> c) A change of business or facility address <br /> d) Change business ownership <br /> e) Change of business name <br /> f)(1) A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the <br />business plan. <br /> (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, “substantial change” means any change in a facility that would inhibit <br />immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could <br />inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or <br />impede implementation of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the <br />inspection.
