Firstly, thank you for your inspection on October 27, 2022 of our CarMax Store#6012 <br /> located on 3928 E Hammer Lane in Stockton, CA. From your inspection report, there were (5) violations identified, <br /> each of which is addressed below with supporting documentation where necessary. <br /> Violation#1-Hazardous Materials Inventory not complete/accurate. <br /> Resolution: We do apologize for the incomplete information in CERS. We have corrected the necessary items per <br /> your report, including waste acid battery (which we clarified in the material description "Automotive Battery Cores")- <br /> thus keeping the material in the volume of pounds. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. <br /> Violation#2-Site map not complete. <br /> Resolution: Thank you for making us aware of this oversight, we have made numerous updates to our Site map, <br /> and have submitted with the hazardous materials update as of 11/22/2022 at 10:50 EST. <br /> Violation#3-Emergency Response procedures were lacking or inadequate. <br /> Resolution: Thank you for allowing us to update our emergency response procedures. We have completed <br /> Sections E and J as requested, updated others, and reviewed the entire plan for accuracy. We have resubmitted to <br /> CERS for administrator review. <br /> Violation#4-Annual Training documentation not available. <br /> Resolution: Please see the attached "Fire and Spill Prevention & Response Training", as well as the records of <br /> "2022 Annual Hazardous Waste Training". Some of the training is specific to Managers, and this is why you will see <br /> different associates listed in these two training records. Again, we do apologize these documents were not provided <br /> via Workday during your visit, we have spoken to the local Managers to ensure they are familiar with where to pull <br /> this information moving forward. <br /> Violation#5-Emergencv Response Plan not available at the time of inspection. <br /> Resolution: Resolved at time of inspection.
