REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated September 30, 2022 for the above noted location, and has the following <br />comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL proposed a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) for the future International Park of Commerce, <br />Phase II warehousing development; the fully developed project is estimated to include 4,611 employees with <br />46,110 gallon of sewage effluent per day. <br />Based on the information provided, EHD requires the following conditions: <br />1. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to Final Occupancy (California Water Code, <br />Article 4, Section 13260). <br />2. Submit plans for a WWTP (for the entire development) to the Environmental Health <br />Department for approval prior to issuance of Building Permits. A Registered Engineer must <br />design and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br />The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br />3. Construction of a WWTP under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br />Department is required at the time of development based on the approved plans (San <br />Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4).
