Sufficient area exists for the 100% replacement area. However, as for the primary disposal area, an
additional 80 sf must be added to the NWC of the replacement area, as illustrated on the Site Plans.
All food waste must be handled as solid waste and disposed of in the garbage, not into the OWTS.
All onsite wastewater treatment systems will eventually fail. A reasonably long lifespan of the
disposal area can be expected based on the native soil characteristics, the perc rates obtained, and
the revised filter bed area. Consideration should be given to pumping the septic tank every three
years to mitigate nitrogen loading by extraction of septage from the larger septic tank.
LIMITATIONS
The findings, opinions, calculations and conclusions of this report are based upon information from
standard engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Information used in these studies is deemed reliable by the sources from where it
was obtained.
This report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely
variable and complex within the environment. Although there are several methods to predict
environmental impact from an onsite wastewater treatment system, San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Standards and
requirements have been employed for these purposes, and for this project. Therefore, no guarantee
or warranty is expressed or implied concerning any aspect of this report, or for the prevention of
adverse environmental impact. This report is not to be used, in whole or in part, by any private or
public entity for any subsequent studies or reporting on the subject or surrounding properties
without the expressed written consent of the author of this report.
If there should be any questions regarding the information contained within this report, please
contact the undersigned.
Respectfully submitted, aytofess;od
CHESNEY CONSULTING a, 0 'D- rhes
QO
0 No. 7.s479 .
ti
s_ *
civil
Don Chesney, PE e °f Calf
Registered Civil Engine #C75479
Page -5-
Chesney Consulting
