All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizer was lacking. Ensure bleach or quat sanitizer is available at all times for proper sanitation of <br />food contact surfaces. This was corrected on site. Manager went to buy bleach. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. (113984(e), 114097, <br />114099.1, 114099.4, 114099.6, 114101 (b-d), 114105, 114109, 114111, 114113, 114115 (a, b, d), 114117, 114125(b), 114135, 114141) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand washing sink lacked soap and was blocked by kitchen utensils. Provide soap in a dispenser at <br />hand washing sink and maintain sink accessible at all times. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Bags of onions and ginger root were observed on the floor of the kitchen. Store food a minimum of 6 <br />inches off the floor. Correct today. <br />Several containers of spices and foods were observed on the center kitchen shelf and shelf above cooking area without <br />labels. Label all food items today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following surfaces were observed with grease and food debris build-up: <br />-kitchen shelves near three compartment sink <br />-exterior of cooking equipment and coolers <br />Detail clean all items within one week.
