It is recommended that ALL items be removed from this room,then clean and sanitize all surfaces and discard any <br /> food item that has droppings on it or has been chewed through (no gnaw marks on food items were observed this date). <br /> Have your pest control service provider out to the facility ASAP. <br /> Per Manager,their pest control service provider is ProActive Pest Control.The facility is serviced"every few weeks." <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water at the mop sink is 66F. Increase the hot water temperature to 120F(minimum).
