All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #15 Food from Approved Source MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed four jars of Afghan Quroot (yogurt, salt & olive oil) in the 3 door True reach-in. Per employee, <br />this was made by a customer at her home. <br />Immediately remove this product from sale. Products made at a private home are not from an approved source. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be obtained from an approved source.
