CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DATE/TIME OF MEETING: 11/15/2022 at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard <br /> PLACE OF MEETING: Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 425 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton <br /> SUBJECT: Public hearing to consider certification of an Environmental Impact Report, adoption of an <br /> ordinance for prezoning, adoption of a development agreement, and adoption of a resolution authorizing <br /> annexation for a proposed industrial development. <br /> LOCATION: 5110, 5150, 5268, 5280, and 5290 Mariposa Road, 4500 East Clark Road, 4600 and 5610 <br /> Marfargoa Drive (APNs 179-220-10; -11; -12; -13; -16; -17; -18; -19; -24. <br /> CASE NO: P20-0805 <br /> Further information may be obtained by contacting: <br /> Contract Planner Nicole D. The City of Stockton does not furnish interpreters <br /> and if one is needed, it shall be the responsibility of the person needing one. <br /> In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California Law, it is the policy of the City of Stockton to offer its <br /> public programs, services and meetings in a manner that is readily accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. <br /> If you are disabled and require a copy of a public notice, or an agenda and/or agenda packet in an appropriate alternative <br /> format; or if you require other accommodation, please contact the Office of the City Clerk located at 425 North EI Dorado <br /> Street, Stockton, California 95202 during normal business hours or by calling (209) 937-8459, at least 5 days in advance <br /> of the hearing/meeting. Accordingly,each recipient of this notice is respectfully requested <br /> to bring this notice promptly to the attention of others whom the recipient feels would be interested in or affected by this <br /> proposal in order that all persons may be given an opportunity to be heard on the issue. <br /> During this time of local health concerns, the City of Stockton is following the guidelines as stated by the State of <br /> California Executive Orders N-29-20 and N-33-20. Due to these concerns, public comment(s)are temporarily limited to <br /> electronic participation. <br /> 1.
