CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2200249 <br /> MARIPOSA ROAD OWNERS, LLC/GREENLAW PARTNERS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.PA-2200249 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 1, 2022,which is the effective date of approval. This approval <br /> will expire on December 1,2025,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval,unless a Notice <br /> of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the <br /> Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated November 07, 2022. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: The proposed Lot Line Adjustment is subject to the following lot size <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 shall be a minimum of 2 acres. (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br /> 2. Parcel 3 and Parcel 4 shall be a minimum of 40 acres. (Development Title Table 9-610.2) <br /> 2.
