ENCON <br /> 7.0 REPORT PREPARATION AND LIMITATIONS <br /> ENCON Technologies, Inc (ENCON), on behalf of Global Multi Services, Inc. (Project Client) <br /> and San Joaquin Marketing Association (Property Owner), has prepared this targeted Subsurface <br /> Soil and Soil Gas Investigation Workplan (Workplan) for the Subject Property located at 122 <br /> North Wilson Way and 148 North Wilson Way in Stockton,California 95205 (herein after referred <br /> to as"Subject Site"). This Workplan has been prepared per the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(SJEHD) Site Mitigation Well&Boring Permit Application requirements,and <br /> describes the proposed scope of work in order to determine the presence, or absence of any <br /> chemicals of concern beneath the Subject Site as a result of the recognized environmental <br /> conditions (RECs) as identified in the Phase I ESA Report prepared by Partner Engineering and <br /> Science, Inc. (Partner), dated September 13, 2021. <br /> The Site Assessment Investigation Workplan will be submitted to the SJEHD, for review and <br /> approval prior to initiating the proposed subsurface investigation and risk assessment. <br /> The consultant makes no guarantees as to the completeness of information presented herein as well <br /> as any additional subsequent environmental site assessment requirements by the SJEHD. It is possible <br /> that information may exist beyond the scope of this targeted soil and soil gas investigation.
