All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Mobile food facility has no potable water. Provide complete hand washing station with water at 100 F <br />minimum, wall-mounted soap dispenser or pump-style hand soap, and wall-mounted single use paper towel dispenser. <br />Correct prior to resuming operations. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Correct prior to resuming operations. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Cease operations, repair/replace <br />waste water equipment, call EHD when repaired. An inspection is required before operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
