\, JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 4:00 pm <br />Time Out: 5:50 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: TACOS GUADALAJARA #3 20690G1 Date: 03/22/2022 <br />Address: 4200 E FREMONT ST, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: COM6VQEWL <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />MOBILE FOOD TRUCK IS SPILLING THEIR WASTEWATER ONTO THE PARKING LOT <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Mobile food facility has no potable water. Provide complete hand washing station with water at 100 F <br />minimum, wall-mounted soap dispenser or pump-style hand soap, and wall-mounted single use paper towel dispenser. <br />Correct prior to resuming operations. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />#14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Mobile food facility has no potable water. Provide complete hand washing station with water at 120 F <br />minimum and sanitizing solution at 100 PPM chlorine. Correct prior to resuming operations. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Cease operations, repair/replace <br />waste water equipment, call EHD when repaired. An inspection is required before operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
