All areas of concern noted in previous inspection had been corrected. <br /> 2. The operator is actively repairing the remaining minor erosion. <br /> 3. The falconer is on for bird control. According to the operator, the falconer will be on site till mid April. <br /> 4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP-8, 9 and 10B is 0% by volume. <br /> 5. Tarp, soil and TASW are used as cover. <br /> 6. All records are up to date. <br /> 7. On December 28, 2012, the EHD sent the operator the Five-Year Permit Review notification. The operator's <br /> consultant informed the EHD that they are working on the new JTD to be submitted with the 5-year permit review. <br />
