The concentration of explosive gas in GP-1 013R, 11 R or 28 is 0% by volume. <br /> 5. According to the operator, in response to windy condition,the operator had deployed 3 staff and 11 day-laborers to <br /> pick up liters from the nearby road and fields. At time of inspection, no liter is observed in the nearby field or along Austin <br /> Road or Lynch Road. <br /> 6. All records are up to date. <br />
