These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The <br /> fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> dated April 6, 2022 that has been approved. <br /> 2. The existing disposal field area of the sewage disposal system shall be barricaded such that it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This disposal field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-605.010(c)(3)(5)) <br /> 3. Destroy any abandoned monitoring well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.020(e). <br /> 4. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 5. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 <br /> and 9-1115.9.) <br /> 6. Open, pump, and backfill any abandoned septic tanks, seepage pits or excavations under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Department.
