The proposed
project is not anticipated to cause seismic effects, erosion, safety effects, or impact water and geologic features.
The proposed project will not cause the risk of injury or death as a result of a rupture of a known earthquake fault,
seismic activity, or landslides because there are no fault lines in the project vicinity. The proposed project will not
result in substantial soil erosion or the loss of topsoil. The proposed project will not destroy a unique paleontological
resource or site or unique geological feature. The proposed project is not located on a geologic unit or soil that is
unstable,or that would become unstable as a result of the project, and potentially result in on-or off-site landslide,
lateral spreading, subsidence, liquefaction or collapse. As a result, the impact to geology and soils is anticipated to
be less than significant.
11
Planning Commission Staff Report, PA-2100295 (GP, SA) 14
Environmental Review
