No truck or vehicular traffic shall be directed east on Pine Street to Curry Avenue. 7) The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five (25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Pine Street to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9- 240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.)
