No truck or vehicular traffic shall be directed east on Pine Street to <br /> Curry Avenue. <br /> 7) The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five (25)foot <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Pine Street to the property line across the parcel's frontage. <br /> (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9- <br /> 240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.) Required retention basin capacity <br /> shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to <br /> release of building permit.
