Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. Percolation test conducted on June 10, 2022 yielded a percolation rate of 20 minutes/inch. At this rate,
an 8-foot soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater pursuant
to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL Study,
groundwater on site is 121 feet below surface grade.
3. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in San
Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health Specialist, at
fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
R
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
