Violation, item number 12, concerning the number of medical waste pickups in a <br /> seven day period. All medical waste will be picked up every seven days in <br /> accordance with the Medical Waste Management Act. <br /> 2. Violation, item number 26, concerning whether the biohazard bags in use meet the <br /> 165 gram dart test. Attached are the manufacture specifications, which indicate the <br /> bags meet this standard. Also note the bags being used have been replaced with bags <br /> that have the biohazard symbol as well as the word `BIOHAZARD" written on them <br /> and meet the 165 gram dart test. <br /> We hope that our action taken and the information provided addresses the violations <br /> identified in your inspection report.
