Remove <br />cardboard and cleaning cloths as they are not cleanable surfaces to protect food prep and storage areas from <br />contamination. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984 (a, b, c, d, f), 113986, 114060, <br />114067(a, d, e, j), 114069(a, b), 114077, 114089.1 (c), 114143 (c)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: The metal table across from the ice machine was observed with food debris and build-up. Detail clean <br />table within one day. (REPEAT) <br />The two door Advantco freezer was observed with food debris and build-up. Detail clean freezer within two days. Maintain <br />clean. <br />The hood was observed with heavy grease build-up. Detail clean hood within one week. Maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizing test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain sanitizing test strips to ensure proper <br />sanitizing solution levels. Correct within seven days. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Keep wiping <br />cloths that may come into contact with food inside a bucket containing chlorine sanitizing solution. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Wiping cloths used to wipe service counters, scales or other surfaces that may come into contact with food <br />shall be used only once unless kept in clean water with sanitizer.
