Per Floyd, 8/23/2022 SAETERN <br />evening, he observed multiple bluegills and basses swimming in the water behind <br />his RV and noticed a very strong manure smell in the air. The next morning, he <br />observed multiple dead fishes floating on top of the water. He took three samples <br />including two dead fishes. He had contacted Fish and Wildlife, a warden came by <br />and assessed the situation. He did not get the warden contact information but the <br />warden had informed him that he will reach out to him. <br />Phoned Fish & Wildlife dispatch 916-358-1312. Could not get through the line. <br />08/24/2022 Left office at 5:00 PM. SAETERN <br />5:42 PM Arrived on site, met with Floyd Underhill the complainant. Per Floyd, <br />someone from Fish and Wildlife had came by and inspected the area then drove <br />up the hill to verify the farms then told him that he will reach out to Floyd if anything <br />came up. Inspected the stairs behind the trailer backyard on slip #9. Immediately, <br />noticed a foul odor ( similar to waste water or manure). Observed small and large <br />dead fishes in the water and observed fishes swimming in the water. Per Floyd, <br />the smell was most noticeable around the late evening. <br />Drove to the bridge adjacent to the RV Park. Immediately observed the same foul <br />odor within the area. Photos was obtained. Observed overgrown hyacinth in the <br />waterway. Water was hard to be observed underneath the hyacinth. <br />6:26 PM Left site <br />sloarpt Page 1 of 2
