Called Fabian Speed at (209) 275-5441. GARCIA-MEJIA
Fabian stated that no storm drains or waterways were impacted. Approximately
half a gallon of hydraulic oil spilled onto the asphalt when the 0-ring on a trash
truck hydraulic pump failed. Per Fabian, the spill was cleaned up immediately
using approximately 25 pounds of absorbent and that was taken back to the 1333
East Turner Rd, Lodi CA 95240 facility. Fabian provided me with pictures via text
of the spill and clean up. Will make note to the facility PR number.
5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
