Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton, California 95201 <br />(209) 468-3400 <br />November 23, 1992 <br />ORVILLE DAHL <br />521 E LONGVIEW AVENUE <br />STOCKTON CA 95207 <br />RE: 22591/2 Young Avenue Complaint # 92-2146 <br />Stockton, CA <br />A complaint inspection conducted by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br />Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) identified the improper handling <br />of hazardous materials/waste in and around the above referenced premises.
