Called SJGH at 209-468-6000. Kevin BAKER <br />Muziikak of PG&E reported a release of non-PCB mineral oil of unknown amount <br />from a transformer at 221 S. Acacia Avenue in Ripon. Release was caused when <br />a tree hit the pole and lines. <br />12:31 am-Called Kevin Muziikak at 530-768-7624 regarding spill. He said the <br />amount is up to 46 gallons. No storm drains or waterways impacted. Release <br />impacted the street. Incident happened at 5:30 pm and clean-up is in progress. <br />Let Kevin Muziikak know that I would go out and verify the clean-up. Kevin <br />Muziikak let me know it might be a couple hours and he will find out the status and <br />let me know. Requested a photo of the release. PSC will be doing the clean-up. <br />Received photo of spill site and update that PG&E is still working on repairing the <br />pole/lines and clean-up will begin in a couple hours. <br />5:00am-Leave for site and arrive at 5:25 am. PG&E is still working on repairing <br />pole/lines. Took photos of spill. Spill extends in gutter on east side of Acacia <br />Avenue at 221 S. Acacia Avenue south to the corner at Second. Storm drain at <br />corner of Second and Acacia does not appear to be impacted. Spill is contained <br />with absorbent. Left site at 5:34am. <br />11:18am-Received text message from Kevin Muziikak that clean-up is now done. <br />Left for site at 11:24am. Arrived on site at 11:45am. Clean-up has been <br />completed. PSC no longer on site. PG&E still working on lines/pole. Left site at <br />11:54am. <br />Generated complaint, emergency response record and Prop 65.
