SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 9:50 am <br />Time Out: 11:12 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: GREAT WOLF LODGE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Date 11/01/2022 <br />Address: 2500 DANIELS ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator: BLACKSTONE CENTER BRIDGE Telephone (209) 239-9653 <br />Program Element: 3600 - RECREATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055336 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT AND FAMILY STAYED AT FACILITY ON 10/2322-10/25/22 COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THEIR <br />SON HAD NUMEROUS RED BUMPS THAT WERE DIAGNOSED BY A DR AS FOLLICULITIS AND THAT IT WAS MOST <br />LIKELY CAUSED BY WATER THAT WAS NOT CLEAN OR THAT THE PH LEVEL WAS OFF <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per person in charge, he is not aware of the complaint. pH and free chlorine and other chemicals are checked every 4 <br />hours. I checked all the logs from October 23rd to Oct 25th. Logs are okay. Outdoor pool is drained on Oct 25th. <br />I checked the pH and the free chlorine for the indoor water bodies. No Cyanuric Acid used in any pool. pH should be 7.2- 7.8 <br />and the free chlorine with no Cyanuric acid should be 1ppm - lOppm. <br />Pool name pH Free chlorine ( ppm) <br />Play structure 7 (corrected to 7.2) 10 <br />Children 7.2 3.8 <br />Wave 7.2 1.2 <br />Activity <7 ( corrected 7.6) 1 <br />Lazy river 7.4 5.8 <br />Slides 7.8 5 <br />Outdoor pool is drained, I couldn't check the chemicals concentration. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
