Met <br />Sharon Morford at the Motel Office. Viewed the septic area behind the Motel at <br />the south east side of the property which appears to have surfacing sewage. Ms. <br />Morford indicated that her maintenance manager for the property is working on <br />redirecting the sewer lines for apartment 5 and 6 to the septic tank located at the <br />front of the property. Observed some trenches along the base of the buildings for <br />units 1 through 7. Notice to Abate issued, to pump out the septic tank and obtain <br />a septic system repair permit. <br />Process report and photolog. <br />Contacted Sharon 209-688-0029. She indicated that she had the septic tank <br />pumped out by G&G septic and will email the receipt. No charge. <br />Received pumping receipt from Sharon. Septic Tank pumped by G&C septic. <br />CC'd on email from Cesar to Sharon Morford, no attachments were provided. It <br />appears that she attempted to submited a permit to the <br />ehwellandsepticpermits@sjgov.org but the permit submitted was SR0037073 <br />from 2004 that was already processed and she will need to send a revised permit <br />application for any work that is being done. <br />Received email from Sharon. she indicated that the sprinklers from the adjacent <br />orchard is flooding the back area of the Motel which may have contributed to the <br />standing water. Photos are attached. Spoke with Sharon, The septic repair permit <br />she aniticipates to be submitted by this next Wednesday to rerouted to the front <br />septic tank. The septic tank was pumped (receipt provided on 5/13) and the area <br />no longer has standing water.
