No answer left card on door. <br />04/25/2022 25362 N Hwy 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Reviewed permit plus and <br /> RUIZ <br />found an entry for a previous housing complaint on the property. Reviewed dailies <br />and found contact information for property owner. Called the owner and informed <br />him of complaint. He was aware of situation and was going to dig up lines to see <br />what was going on. Scheduled to meet 4/26/2022 for complaint investigation. <br />04/26/2022 25362 N Hwy 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Met with owner on site. RUIZ <br />Observed the owner flush toilets and on one occasion water did come out to the <br />septic tank. On the other occasion the water did not seem to flow into tank. <br />Observed the owner flush water down the line in question but was unable to <br />determine if the water lead to the septic tank. No surfacing sewage or odor of <br />sewage observed. <br />Instructed owner to uncover pipe in question to verify connection to septic tank. <br />Owner will call within a couple weeks once the line is uncovered to see where the <br />connection is. <br />Generated official inspection report.
