There is a septic tank but the pipe in question does not connect to it. Arrived onsite and knocked on door. No answer left card on door. 04/25/2022 25362 N Hwy 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Reviewed permit plus and RUIZ found an entry for a previous housing complaint on the property. Reviewed dailies and found contact information for property owner. Called the owner and informed him of complaint. He was aware of situation and was going to dig up lines to see what was going on. Scheduled to meet 4/26/2022 for complaint investigation. 04/26/2022 25362 N Hwy 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Met with owner on site. RUIZ Observed the owner flush toilets and on one occasion water did come out to the septic tank. On the other occasion the water did not seem to flow into tank. Observed the owner flush water down the line in question but was unable to determine if the water lead to the septic tank. No surfacing sewage or odor of sewage observed. Instructed owner to uncover pipe in question to verify connection to septic tank. Owner will call within a couple weeks once the line is uncovered to see where the connection is. Generated official inspection report. Will mail a copy to owner. 04/26/2022 MAILED COPY OF OIR TO: SOK DOUGLAS RHODES 25362 N HVVY 99 ACAMPO CA 95220 05/02/2022 25362 N Hwy 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Received voicemail from RUIZ property owner stating that he had started to uncover line in question and was in the process of digging up cement pad near main septic connection. 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
