<br />OBSERVATIONS: 1 food handler card is not available on site. Provide valid card within 1 week.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their
<br />assigned duties. (113947) Food facilities that prepare, handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall have an
<br />employee who has passed an approved food safety certification examination. (113947-113947.1) Any food handler hired after June 1,
<br />2011 shall obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days (113948).

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizing compartment of the three compartment sink has zero ppm chlorine. Provide 100 ppm chlorine
<br />today. Corrected on site. Chlorine is now at 100 ppm.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe ice scoops placed in the ice in the ice chests on site. Remove scoops from ice today, wash

<br />OBSERVATIONS: 2 service windows air curtains are turned off during my inspection. When manager turned air curtains on,
<br />they are continuously on even when windows are closed. Repair air curtains to function properly within 2 weeks.( Air curtains
<br />should be on when windows are open and they are off when windows are closed)/ use the operational self closing windows
<br />available on site.
