The Business Owner/Operator Identification section in CERS needs updating to list the current Store Manager <br /> Terry Fierro as the Primary Emergency Contact. The section currently lists Jennifer Sloan. <br /> 2. The consolidated emergency response/contingency plan in the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)and on-site has an out-of-date Primary Emergency Coordinator of Jennifer Sloan.
