nnovafive <br /> onstruction <br /> olutions <br /> 8 . 0 FREQUENCY AND TYPES OF MONITORING <br /> 8 . 1 PERSONAL AIR MONITORING PROGRAM : <br /> ICS will not implement a site -specific air- monitoring program for this project . <br /> 8 . 1 . 1 PERSONNEL SAMPLING OF BREATHING ZONE <br /> Personnel breathing zone sampling will not be conducted for this project . <br /> 8 . 1 . 2 DUST MONITORING : <br /> Continuous real -time particulate ( dust ) monitoring will not be conducted by ICS for this project . <br /> 8 . 2 RECORDS RETENTION AND DATA REPORTING <br /> ICS shall retain all personnel exposure sampling results in accordance with the requirements set <br /> forth in T8 CCR § 3204 . <br /> Upon request, the ICS shall submit in writing , the analytical results from any area and personnel <br /> samples collected within 30 working days of the collection of each sample . Sample flow rates in <br /> liters per minute ( Ipm ) and sampling periods in minutes for each sample collected must be <br /> reported with the analytical results . Sample locations or tasks and identification numbers shall <br /> also be reported . <br /> ICS shall maintain a daily air- monitoring log and include , as a minimum , the following <br /> information : <br /> • Monitoring date <br /> • Location and /or task monitored <br /> • Wind speed , ambient temperature and humidity <br /> • Instrument used and settings <br /> • Instrument readings <br /> • Pertinent comments or information <br /> • Instrument calibration checks . <br /> • Identification of equipment changes during the work shift . <br /> 56 <br />
