Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: CUPA Inspection Report <br /> Home Depot Store #1006 <br /> 250 Commerce Ave. <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> Dear Mr. Backus: <br /> This letter is being provided on behalf of The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.'s Manteca Store #1006 ("The <br /> Home Depot") and in response to the CUPA Inspection Report issued on December 1, 2022. The <br /> Home Depot has reviewed the report and provides the following information in response to the alleged <br /> violations: <br /> 1. The site map is incomplete for the following elements: 1. Reportable hazardous <br /> materials not included on the site map. BBQ propane storage north of the store and the <br /> treated wood waste storage container south of the store. 2. Emergency response <br /> equipment not included on the site map. Plumbed eyewash stations in the forklift <br /> battery charging area and tool rental area. All other eyewash stations throughout the <br /> store. <br /> RESPONSE: Store #1006's site map has been updated accordingly. A copy of the updated <br /> map is included with the enclosed HMBP. <br /> 2. The consolidated emergency response/contingency plan in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) and on-site has an incorrect local unified <br /> program agency (UPA) telephone number of 209-468-3451. <br /> RESPONSE: The consolidated emergency response/contingency plan has been updated <br /> accordingly (see enclosed HMBP). <br />
