Date: 04/28/2025 <br />Manufacturer training: VR, 07/05/25 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for pre fuel inspections. <br />- Witnessed spill container one-hour hydrostatic test for the 87, 91, E85, and diesel. Verified proper drainage. Passed. <br />- Witnessed Monitoring system functionality. Passed. <br />- Verified overfill prevention set to 95% for the 87, E85, and 91. Note: the diesel overfill was not tested due to spill container <br />could not be removed. <br />- Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) testing was received on July 25, 2023. Passed. <br />Diesel overfill testing will be conducted at a later date. <br />**********NOTE***************** <br />- Brine inside the Bravo UDCs are not consistence with the brine provided by the manufacture. Provide a written letter from the <br />manufacturer for the compatibility of the brine in the UDCs. <br />- Send updated vacuum zones plans to the ust@sjgov.org. <br />This facility is NOT approved to received fuel. <br />This facility is NOT approved to operate. <br />Additional inspections are required. Please see approval letter dated 6/20/2022 for a list of requirements. Submit required <br />inspection in writing to UST@sjgov.org with a 48 hours advanced notification. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
