This should complete the overfill prevention testing. <br />- Verified leak monitoring communication for all installed vacuum components. <br />- Incomplete verification of shroud boots and band clamps for spill containers due to missing lids. <br />**Note: <br />Brine could not be verified in the UDCs during the time of inspection. The blue-green brine was removed prior to inspection. <br />Brine was placed into the vent sump prior to inspection. <br />This facility is NOT approved to received fuel. <br />This facility is NOT approved to operate. <br />Additional inspections are required. Please see approval letter dated 6/20/2022 for a list of requirements. Submit required <br />inspection in writing to UST@sjgov.org with a 48 hours advanced notification. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
