They told me they already provided all the supporting documents
to SJCEHD, LC service told us that the manufacture warranty will not be voided.

Thank you for your concerns, and updating me.

Hardeep Sidhu
CEO
Email: deep@hitechdeveloping.com
Enquires: info@hitechdeveloping.com
Cell: 559-217-5986

From: Rivera, Stacy [EHD]
Sent: Thursday, October 26, 2023 2:51 PM
To: Hardeep Sidhu
Subject: Assumption of Liability - 710 N. Jack Tone Rd., Escalon

Good afternoon Hardeep,

I wanted to follow up on the previous discussion you had with Elena Manzo regarding the new install at 710 N. Jack Tone
Road in Escalon. In order to provide approval for the site to receive fuel, please confirm that you are aware of the
following and that you assume any and all liability for any issues that may arise with piping and leak monitoring as a
result of improper slope, setbacks, and crossover distances.

As previously discussed, several required piping inspections were not scheduled by LC Services, and as such piping slope,
piping setbacks, and piping cross-over inspections were not witnessed by the EHD for this installation. These inspections
are conducted before backfill. Improper installation of piping (when pipes are installed too close to one another) may
result in piping damage and product leaks that require piping repairs, and these missed inspections may impact system
warranties.

The items submitted/conducted to attempt to demonstrate adequate piping slope include:
1. A dynamic back pressure test. While not the approved EHD inspection method for slope, an EHD inspector was
onsite to witness testing and results were submitted indicating a passing test.
2. A letter from the installer (Michael Lemon) attesting to the adequacy of the slope for all installed piping.

The items submitted/conducted to attempt to demonstrate adequate piping crossover and setback:
1. A letter from the installer attesting that piping crossovers and setbacks were installed according to the
approved plans. This letter did not indicate whether they were also installed in accordance with manufacturer
(NOV) installation requirements and instructions and will need to be updated by the installer.
