Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00054592 <br /> <br />Site Location: 10454 S JANET RD <br /> <br />03/04/2022 <br />Activity Summary <br />10454 S Janet Rd - I called Code Enforcement for an update, left a voicemail. <br />10454 S Janet Rd - Received call from Juanita Huerta, Code Enforcement. She <br />mentioned the property was added to the TEAM list. I contacted Scott S., Unit 2, <br />regarding the site. I was informed Mike S. will be joining the TEAM inspection. <br />10454 S Janet Rd - There were multiple correspondences between myself and <br />Unit II staff regarding the TEAM inspection. <br />10454 S Janet Rd - Spoke with Mike S, Unit II, regarding the inspection scheduled <br />for today. <br />After the inspection a NTA was drafted and a photo log was created. The NTA <br />was given to Cheryl to mail. The last NTA mailed to PO Box 544 French Camp, <br />CA 95231 was returned undelivered. Updated file. <br />10454 S Janet Rd - Complaint inspection. The inspection was conducted with, <br />Sheriffs, Code Enforcement and Mike S. from Unit II. We met with Cathy and her <br />granddaughter, Samara, at the site. Cathy and Samara mentioned there is a lot of <br />cleaning up to do and they don't have the finances to get it cleaned up. Code <br />Enforcement provided disposal passes to Cathy. Cathy did not give permission to <br />see the backyard, but she did allow me to take pictures of the front yard. I <br />informed Cathy that I will be back in 30 days for a follow up. SINGH <br />Reviewed complaint. <br />03/03/2022 10454 S Janet Rd., French Camp - Reinspection. Complaint alleges there's piles SINGH <br />of waste at the site. I met with Mike S. (Unit II), Naseem A. (Unit II), Officer Juanita <br />H. (Code Enforcement), Daniela (Code Enforcement Trainee) and Sheriffs at the <br />site. We met with Cathy B., property owner's daughter, there. Improvement <br />observed in front of the property (in front and back of the gate). Backyard was not <br />observed. Cathy stated they are trying to clean up the front as much as they can. <br />They have no funding to take the waste to the disposal site, according to Cathy. <br />Code Enforcement made aware. <br />04/13/2022 10454 S Janet Rd - Discussed site with Unit II.
