Prepared for inspection today. <br />09/27/2022 Conducted a complaint inspection. The complainant states lot of garbage and <br />trash around house and property. Bad smell coming from property. The tenant, <br />Juan Lopez, was on site. I asked Juan for consent to inspect the property. Juan <br />did not give me consent to inspect the property. <br />Spoke with the property owner, Teresa Lopez, who live across the street. The <br />property owner do not speak much English. I gave the property owner my <br />business card. The property was inspected from the street. Observed overfill trash <br />bins, a pile of tree branches with leaves, 3 tires stacked on top of each other, and <br />some woods/ lumbers in the front yard. Also observed an overflow Republic <br />Service trash bin on the property. <br />I asked Juan if he has trash/garbage service and what is the name of his trash <br />collector. Juan stated that he does not know. <br />According to Juan, the trashes and garbages in the front yard are being pickup in <br />a few day. Juan did feel comfortable with me doing the inspection today. Juan <br />asked if I can come back next week for the inspection, and provided me with his <br />contact number. <br />Inspection scheduled for Tuesday, 10/4/22 at 10am. I gave Juan my business card <br />with the schedule inspection date written on the back. <br />HOANG <br />09/27/2022 Called Republic Service to verify active trash service again. Spoke to Jennifer.
